Resilience is a fundamental asset in the VUCA world in which we now operate. Whether you work in a large corporate or run your own business, oversee a large team or have no team, have to juggle family commitments or have none; if you lack resilience, both your physical and mental health will suffer. It means you’re heading for burn-out.

The good news is, however, that there are lots of ways to bolster your resilience both from the inside out (mentally) and from the outside in (behaviourally).
