For those struggling with their resilience, fear, frustration and dread are the order of the day impacting mood, motivation and momentum. Those with strong underlying resilience have been able to handle the uncertainty, keep things in perspective, quickly adapt to the new normal and even thrive. 
     
The good news is that resilience is a set of learnable behaviours and skills. Self-care, cognitive flexibility, empathy and emotional state management are just some of the key areas we focus on in order to build our clients’ resilience and improve mental wellbeing. We work both 1:1 and with teams.  

We use tools and frameworks from fields as diverse as NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), EQ (emotional intelligence) and positive psychology. We also offer the use of relevant psychometric assessments such as Wraw (Workplace resilience and wellbeing) and the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 (emotional intelligence).
