The Coaching Project provides transformational coaching services to leaders within organisations, business owners and entrepreneurs. We specialise in four key areas as shown below:
A typical one to one coaching programme would be 6 x 2 hour sessions over 6 months but this would depend on the nature and urgency of the coaching goals.
We offer a free scoping call with the coaching sponsor and a free 'chemistry' meeting with the prospective coach and coachee as the relationship between them is one of the most important determinants of success.
The content of the coaching sessions is entirely confidential however we are happy to report back to the sponsor on engagement levels, responsiveness and progress towards the agreed goals if this has been agreed by all parties beforehand.
We typically have a formal mid-term review to ensure all parties are happy with the progress and to refine our approach, if necessary, to ensure the best possible outcome for the coachee and client.
At the end of the programme we submit a written review including measurements of success plus feedback on the coach and the coaching process.
Team coaching is highly bespoke but would ideally be modular allowing for time in-between sessions to apply new learnings and sufficient time overall to build confidence in new practices and embed new behaviours.
As highly experienced coaches we don't have one set coaching model or formula. We each have our own approach and style drawing on whatever resources and fields we believe would best support the client. These could range from classic leadership and communication theory through neuro-linguistic programming and the latest findings from neuroscience to cognitive behavioural therapy, positive psychology and much more.
