If you have subscribed to our mailing list we share your data with our third party mailing platform MailChimp, see their Privacy Policy. Mailchimp is an email marketing service that allows the sending of HTML email communications to users. Mailchimp uses the data collected to provide us the service of sending email communications to the user. Mailchimp may also use this data to optimise its service. Your data will not be added to the MailChimp platform until you have opted in via email. You can unsubscribe from our mailing lists at anytime by clicking unsubscribe in any email or by contacting info@thecoachingproject.co.uk.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

We store any data submitted in contact form submitted to the website for administrative purposes. Data collected from any forms are saved within a CRM system located in the back-end of this website. This data will not be shared with any third party and can be removed at at any time. If you would like your data removed please contact info@thecoachingproject.co.uk.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, e-mail address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
