In 2003, after 15 years leading teams in the media industry, Caroline set up her own performance development consultancy and now works as a facilitator and coach. She works across a range of industries including media, advertising and entertainment, technology, law and manufacturing.
Caroline’s passion is for developing leadership at all levels within organisations. As a facilitator and coach, she works at Director and Board level to help senior leaders achieve clarity around their goals, leverage their strengths and develop new skills and behaviours to empower their teams and build their businesses. Senior teams come with the strong personalities and views which are necessary for personal success but can get in the way of team thinking and collaboration. Her role is to facilitate the diversity of views that surface and help the team unite around the innovative ideas which are necessary for success in competitive, complex and dynamic environments. She achieves this with empathy, a dash of good humour and, when necessary, by challenging groups around any negative behaviours which are holding progress back.
Caroline has a degree in Modern and Mediaeval Languages from Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge. She is accredited with Distinction in behavioural observation and assessment of the Schroeder model, is a certified NLP Practitioner and is accredited in Herrmann International’s whole brain thinking diagnostic, the HBDI.
